Editorial principles

The content on cisnordic.dk is based on professional project practice with textile solutions in commercial buildings: consulting, material selection, design, installation and operation. Articles and solution descriptions reflect the conditions we meet in real projects.

Content is produced and professionally reviewed by CIS Nordic before publication. We do not name individual authors; the professional responsibility rests with the company.

We consistently distinguish between documented product data and general professional guidance. Technical properties — fire classification, acoustic values, environmental information — always apply to a specific quality and must be documented by the manufacturer. General guidance describes typical relationships and caveats without promising specific results.

We do not state figures, standards, certifications or environmental claims that we cannot trace to a specific document. Where something depends on the individual project, we say so.

Articles carry the date of publication and of the latest professional review. We update content when there are substantive changes — not to appear newer than the content is.

We only publish project cases with documented information and by agreement with the parties involved. Illustrative images may be used on solution and process pages, but are never presented as completed CIS Nordic projects.
