CIS Nordic – Curtain Impact Solutions

Sustainability

Better decisions start with a better basis

Sustainability is about new materials as well as examining what already exists, how long it can be used and how its service life can be extended.

Material selection and documentation

Depending on product and project, the basis may include material composition, origin, fire specifications, certifications, EPD or other environmental information, maintenance and options for repair and recycling.

CIS Nordic only passes on documented information from relevant manufacturers and data sources. We avoid general environmental claims that cannot be substantiated.

Focus on service life

A solution has to work after handover. Quality, durability, cleaning, replaceable components and future use are therefore part of our advice.

Upcycling

In some projects existing curtains can be registered, cleaned, repaired, re-sewn or remounted. The options depend on condition, dimensions, fire requirements and the function of the new project.

Honest environmental communication

We do not promise environmental results we cannot document. Where something depends on the specific project — for example whether reuse is genuinely the best solution — we say so, and the decision is made on a visible basis with documented manufacturer data and a registration of what exists.
